The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed...I can't forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional...the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself...Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service...Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues.

Tuesday was my first time at Willy’s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe’s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That’s all one could ask for.

Willy's Mexicana Grill is a great place to grab a tasty and satisfying burrito! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful- especially the manager Shaniece! She manages the restaurant like the home of her kitchen. From the cleanliness of the food bar and freshness of food, all the way to being beyond hospitable during the food ordering process. It is always such a quick and fulfilling experience! I love Willie’s and the Northlake location. They seem genuinely happy to be there, and it shows. I've also been consistently impressed with this location! Thank you!

Who's hungry for salad? A very good salad? See Martin at Willy's on Lavista for the best customer service and great food. Try the Willy's Adobe salad to take your taste buds to another level! This place is always on point with excellent service every week!!!

My son decided for the very first time to order our dinner and i can tell you that the food was delicious and fresh vegetables on it. We will go back more and more to have our foods here. Thanks that we lived not far from this location which is very clean and good customer service.

I'm from California this is one of the best places I got to eat when I was visiting Atlanta Excellence Services and staff and the food was excellent if I ever go back to Atlanta this will be the first thing I will eat. This place is way better than Chipotle.
